ABOUT THE JOB

·       Administrative business processes including price list maintenance, purchase order raising, internal product ordering and customer and product records management.

·       Manage the end to end POS design and print process.

·       Support the coordination of conference and training events.

·       Act as the communication link between retailers, field sales team and Head Office.

·       Lead the digital footprint for the La Roche-Posay brand on both owned and partner websites.

·       Facilitate optimal in store merchandising and product ranging

·       Conduct scheduled store visits to ensure retail staff have up to date product knowledge.

·       Manage the forecasting of new launches & promotions and regularly review ongoing product forecast.

·       Provide support (or take the lead as required) on Marketing, Training and Sales special projects.

ABOUT YOU

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or work experience
  • Rigorous planning and organisation skills
  • Autonomous, flexible, works with anticipation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical skills
  • Medium to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word user
  • Experience with other data entry software such as SAP desirable
