What will you do? 

 

As a e-Shop Specialist, you will work under the e-Commerce Team of the Consumer Products Division (CPD), report to the Group Customer Development Manager – e-Commerce, and be expected to do the following:

  • Manages daily shop activities to achieve daily sales target
  • Optimizes tools to drive conversion in key path-to-purchase touchpoints
  • Initiates gap bridging activities & intercepts competition
  • Helps drive superior product pages and SIS
  • Analyzes & manages e-commerce business metrics

Who are we looking for?

 

  • A graduate with a degree in business or related
  • Displays sensitivity to L’Oréal's “Métier” 
  • Passionate about beauty and wants to build a career in the beauty and cosmetics industry
  • Has at least 2 years of work experience in digital sales
  • Possesses great drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques in the e-commerce platform
  • Exhibits strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Driven, analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented
