MISSION:
Handle all activities related to Internal Personnel Costs & Headcount and Supervise all activities linked to the pay, administrative and benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consolidate all payroll & admin data to calculate budgets and trends via SAP HR system and internal salary calculation tools
- Identify risks and opportunities in personnel costs trends and budgets calculation and identify best solutions to address by working closely with financial department
- Supervise payroll provider to assure full accuracy, reliability & compliance of all payroll & admin processes (all payroll & admin activities are externalized)
- Provide employees with personalized advice on topics linked to personnel administration & pay
- Respond to authorities mandatory inquiries, and to internal and external checks and audits and ensure link with all stakeholders including finance and internal control
- Guarantee that payroll & admin processes are in accordance with Group Norms and best practices of Internal Audit by respecting in the same time local legislation
- Manage a team while remaining aware of developments in expertise and skills and Participate in the recruitment of employees for positions in pay and personnel administration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years experience in salary calculation and HR budgets analyses (calculation of personnel costs)
- strong analytical skills - analytical mindset
- excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- attention to details
- proficiency in excel
- fluent in English
- good knowledge of SAP HR (is an advantage)
- finances & accounting understanding (is an advantage)
