What will you achieve?

You will get hands-on experience of the inner workings of a successful, market-leading beauty company, as you collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people around! Many of our leaders are L'Oreal babies who started with the Group as an Intern and progressed through the Management Trainee program.

Internship period: 1 July 2018 - 13 January 2019 (6 Months)

What are we looking for?

Are you a driven individual keen to make a difference? Do you crave the opportunity to manage some of your favourite brands?

We are looking to hire Operational Marketing Interns who are strong in the areas of Retail Operations, Trade Marketing & Events Management for our Active Cosmetics Division, Consumer Products Division & LUXE Division.

In a nutshell, key responsibilities of this role:

  • Coordinate marketing operations and execute marketing projects
  • Assist in brand promotion and activities
  • Propose, plan and execute in-store promotions
  • Co-ordinate with external sponsors and execute events
  • Develop press releases and handle PR efforts for event
  • Provide content and liaise with external vendors to implement brand’s digital campaigns on websites
  • Coordinate media schedules and control brand’s content on both online and offline media

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Strong passion for Marketing in the beauty industry
  • Photoshop or Illustrator knowledge
  • Outgoing personality, hands-on with good networking skills (Hit us up!)
  • Creativity with a good eye for design
  • Ability to multi-task and energy to deliver within tight timelines
