Academy Coordinator

The Academy Intern Coordinator is a 1 year Internshp. This role will be part L’Oréal Professional Products Academy Team, you will seek out new opportunities on how to improve the ways of working in the Academy.

You will:

Access Helpline where you will

• Enrolling students on courses
• Ensuring course information is up to date
• Keeping tracker of all course payments
• Adding new dates / courses
• Guiding new users on site navigation


Model Scouting & Booking 

• Advertising for new models
• Understanding the model requirements for PPD courses
• Ensuring all health & safety paperwork is completed and filed
• Managing model numbers for courses

Social Media

• Updating Social media with available upcoming courses
• Creating posts to advertise for models
• Sharing content captured at the academy.
• Follow L’Oreal Social Media Guidelines.

Classroom Set Up & Stock Management 

• Weekly stock taking/ordering
• Completing NCO`s
• Working with Facilities to keep stock rooms tidy
• Organising stationary/equipment for PPD courses.
• Tracking all outgoing stock.
• Preparing materials for regional courses.


• Ensuring all guests sign in to guest book.

• Managing PPD security passes

• Diverting phone calls to relevant person/s

• Contacting divisions to meet their visitor/courier

• Signing for PPD deliveries & contacting relevant person

You have:

• Alongside experience in a similar role, you should be confident that you can demonstrate all of the following: 

• Strong administration skills and previous office admin experience of at least a year essential. (Excel, Word, Publisher and PowerPoint are essential)

• Strong communication skills, with an articulate manner

• Strong presentation and writing skills

• The ability to network at all levels
