The Consumer Products Division’s mission is universal: to offer the best in cosmetics innovation to the greatest number of people on every continent. Its brands are available in all mass-market channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, pharmacy’s and retail stores). The division is the spearhead of the group’s quest to win over a further billion consumers. The Consumer Products Division includes popular brand such as L’Oréal Paris, NYX, Mixa, Garnier, Maybelline & Essie.

Provide the best user experience for consumers shopping our brands on Amazon. Inform our activation plans in line with insights into content and layout, specifically for Amazon. Have ownership of search and media investment strategy and performance. And help pilot new tech developments in AR and voice.



• Be part of a multifunctional team, working on a top priority, highly strategic customer for L’Oréal Group.
• Be accountable for improving key metric on Amazon including growth in traffic, dwell time, and conversion.
• Be responsible for quality of content execution, leading a coordinated and targeted approach to improving and increasing A+ coverage on
• Take learnings from and lead the application of best practices from user experience studies form the UK, EU and US teams.
• Track and hold accountable our multifunctional teams to content excellence and report back to senior management on business status.
• Be the owner search budgets for Amazon, making recommendations on investment levels, phasing strategies, category strategies etc.
• Strategize and lead our paid search activities on Amazon, working with marketing teams and agencies to maximise ROAS with a targeted approach to growing key priorities.
• Be the customers’ key point of contact for tech development including voice/ Alexa skill development and application of augmented reality tech.
• Use multiple data points to create succinct reporting to support the governance and planning of paid and organic media strategies.
• Be a key point of contact for multiple stakeholders across the business.
