JOB CONTENT

The regional training manager helps improve our sell-out from the stores located throughout the GCC, requiring constant briefings with internal stakeholders, in order to assess objectives, monitor performance and constantly align action plans. The successful candidate should have a deep knowledge of Beauty and Make-up.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

§  Setting the objectives on training, defining the strategy and implementing

§  Defining and implementing the Training program throughout the Middle-East, in close co-operation with  Commercial and Marketing

§  Budgeting and managing the expenditures

§  Raising issues to both marketing and commercial  divisions that might affect our performance at outlet level

§  Collaborate with the Training Departments in other countries, in order to achieve the same goals as here defined

  • Manage development budget and highlight any savings or overspends monthly
  • Contribute to defining the right distribution strategy by brand by country to serve growth, profitability and equity objectives

  • Manage and analyze education related costs with a view to improving ROI
  • Have a clear understanding of development cost areas of P&L

§  Upskill the Beauty Advisors in the areas of product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience, retail excellence etc

§  Impersonate the brand image, artistry and transmit the values of the brand

·         Creating, adapting and implementing training tools including  to the region and making improvements to BA productivity

§  Build a clear yearly training calendar to be followed by each country with coaching/launches priorities

§  Organize quarterly meetings for both Beauty Advisors and Education Partners in UAE/KSA & ROG

§  Develop and manage new digital tools specifically how to digitalise education in 2019 onwards and create content to support the blending learning platform

§  Work in partnership with Marketing and Commercial to design and promote specific seasonal and new product training in line with wider Marketing strategies and company targets

§  Work with HR division to support BA career and development path

·         Involvement and collaboration in the recruitment of our Sell-Out team (BAs)

§  Designing and implementing an efficiency program for Beauty Advisors, including mapping, monitoring performance levels, and addressing issues and finding solutions.

§  Create Beauty Advisors segmentation within develop improvement plan for each level

§  Following-up all other related issues concerning Beauty Advisors (uniforms, tools, application…)

§  Work with commercial to define and implement monthly target based on Beauty Advisor incentives
