Key Job Accountabilities

  • Reporting to and supporting closely a small Legal / Regulatory team’s objectives including contract management / drafting, compliance training, global compliance projects covering APAC region (with focus over Greater China business)
  • The ability to anticipate legal / reputational risks with agility, actively listen / advise whilst playing a pro-active business partner role to all L’Oréal Travel Retail business units. To strategically initiate solutions and constructively challenge current processes a must
  • Active participation in developing legal compliance processes to enhance legal “gate-keeper” role.
    The ability to optimise limited business resources highly regarded
  • Strong awareness and curiosity over online / digital consumer business trends and the ability to effectively clarify processes with non-legal stakeholders is highly regarded


  • Relevant university qualifications (i.e. legal / regulatory preferred, communications, business, arts… etc.)
  • Detail-oriented with proven international work experience, strong communication and multi-faceted 
  • Inter-personal skills with ‘growth’ mind-set. Candidates should demonstrate Mandarin skills for this role
  • Independent, self-motivated with ‘can-do’ willingness to continuous learn and to ‘fine-tune’ already developed legal/compliance skills
  • ‘Well-rounded’ with the right working attitude, handling multiple administrative and client-related tasks in a fast-paced work setting. Adaptability to constant change a must in a modern office environment
  • Flexibility in travel (different APAC countries)
