What will you do? 


As the E-Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the assigned brand D2C website platforms of the division for Malaysia and Singapore.


You are expected to manage the following:

  • Accelerate and drive commercial online sales for E-Boutique ( based on multiple acquisition channels (organic/SEO, paid media, CRM) and manage landing forecasts and bottoms-up sales construction on a weekly, monthly and full year basis 
  • Design and execute the E-Trade animation plan in alignment with the Brand including promotion tactics, hero SKU strategy, 360 new product launch plans and differentiation factors 
  • Form and execute both short-term and long-term E-Boutique strategy for the brand to provide premium customer experience and brand expression, ensuring channel exclusivity as well as an omni-channel harmonization with O2O mindset 
  • Manage E-Boutique P&L to master and optimize brand budget, ensuring positive channel profitability for the brand
  • Collaborate closely with Brand CRM & media agency to ensure best-in-class communications to support E-Boutique sales and activities
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (AB test, onsite content excellence) with Brand-specific projects and any new on-site development features 
  • Manage agency for e-Merchandizing excellence by orchestrating an advanced planning timeline, providing a clear brief and validate implementation for go-live, aligned with brand expression
  • Work closely with Operations team to manage inventory and stocks, to ensure timely and meticulous execution 


Who are we looking for?

  • Should be a strong team player and self-leadership
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Should be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills with the data available and derived appropriate outputs to action improvement in business
