KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Key job accountabilities:


Obtain sales results of L’Oreal products within given chain of stores (account) in cooperation with Field Sales, Supply, Catman, Trade Marketing, Finance and Marketing in order to meet sales target within profitability limitations and with key focus on market share gain of L’Oreal Polska


 Build the joint business plan with the account(s)


 Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities;


 Build, accurately forecast and achieve the account (s) results: turnover, market share, profit. Plans all growth drivers accordingly


 Prepare and lead the account (s) negotiations, escalating when relevant. Builds the action plan to implement the Division’s and channel’s strategy. Ensures its execution and tracking down to store level and sell out. Suggests plan adaptation when needed;


 Act as the expert of his account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process, to ensure as much alignment as possible in the joint business plans, and a compelling story to get retailer buying in;


 Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer’s’


 Work closely with other departments (Supply, Catman, Trade Marketing, Finance, Marketing);


 Connect Account key stakeholder of all functions with their L’Oréal counterpart. Ensures the consistency of L’Oréal voices when speaking to the retailer;


 Maximize DN and DV of assortment dedicated to PoS format


 Build and implement long term strategy for given account(s)

Experience in sales in Key Account Management


Proven track record in commercial role in international companies
