To develop the mall business through retail strategy. Build and implement sales strategy of boutique to drive sales growth in country

- Create mall business model through business analysis and work out key business driver. React on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities

- Develop shopping mall channel business plan based on brand strategy. Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards boutique growth targets and cross-category business objectives

- Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful boutique programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets 

- Set management and operating system to support and manage mall business. Cooperate with field on new channel development

- Annual budget management and be responsible for mall P&L

- Recruit, develop and manage retail team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how in the retail management team
