What You Will Learn:

As the Fulfillment Business Expert, you will support sites after they have gone through implementation to the new Warehouse Management System Manhattan Active. You will be the solution expert for the WMS methodologies leveraging the global Core team of experts to optimize performance in the sites. This role will provide you an opportunity to be part of the L’Oreal Supply Chain Transformation focused on modernizing our Supply Chain with a customer centric focus.

Key activities:

• Leads the assessment of Core process and methodology adoption post go live (virtual and site visit workshops)
• Engages with Continuous Improvement team and Site Local Business ensuring the dissemination and implementation of best practices
• Challenges the current ways of working in the light of new solution and Core processes adoption
• Is actively engaged in the WMS solution knowledge transfer to the entire site to Run after the project is completed
• Facilitate workshops to address issues and lead a task force team as needed
• Contributes to the remediation actions of cross-functional projects related to Supply Chain 
• Ensure adherence of the WMS solution together with local adjustment are in line with the Group ambition and the coverage of the business needs
• Evaluate and arbitrate Enhancement requests against post go live against Core and Local design 
• Interact with Project and Core Business Experts to study the opportunity to enrich the Core, going through the Core product authority process

What We Are Looking For:

BA/BS degree required with a focus in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred

At least 5 years related business experience

Ability to travel to DCs up to 25% of the time

Possess well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently

Resourceful and skilled at explaining and transferring knowledge

Dynamic /energetic 

Experience of direct project participation is a plus  

Experience with Manhattan WMS a plus
