What You Will Learn:

In this position, you will be accountable and responsible of the delivery of the share domain data assets to ensure accessibility of Zone data needed for use cases (including data integration, acquisition, cleansing, harmonization and structuring in layers of data platform). You will work closely with the Beauty Tech Data Team, Global Domain DPO and use case Product Owners, and you will prioritize roadmap/backlog in Agile delivery mode with Beauty Tech Data Engineer and API Center of Expertise


Your key responsibilities will be: 


  • Work with Global domain DPO to define shared data set and API roadmap. Prioritize according to use case needs with use case Product Owner and Beauty Tech Data Team.
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional business requirements.
  • Identify needs for ingesting new data sources. Work with IT Data Custodian and Beauty Tech Data Team to source the data.
  • Maintain an up-to-date shared data set (life cycle management) 
  • Define and plan remediation and enhancement in run phase.


  • Manage and prioritize the dataset backlog for the Zone.
  • Prepare data for use cases by specifying governed Business Objects
  • Document data flows in Discovery 
  • Define and track key success metrics.
  • Create test scenarios and supervise data validation with testing team.


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Data roles. 
  • Domain Knowledge:
    1. In-depth understanding of supply chain management principles and processes
    2. Proficiency in analyzing Operations functional and divisional data, examples including demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, production planning, and logistics.
    3. Familiarity with supply chain technologies and tools, such as enterprise resource planning (SAP) systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Data-related technical skills:
    1. Strong analytical skills
    2. A combination of data management and business knowledge to be able to translate the use case needs into data driven solutions
    3. Ability to build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, and dependency
  • Tools & Programming:
    1. SQL
    2. Google Cloud Platform (GCP) 
    3. BigQuery

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-driven and comfortable to make appropriate decisions supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products across different use cases
  • Project management:
    1. Strong Agile project management and organizational skills
    2. Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
