As a therapist with NVQ level 4 you will have the highest levels of expertise and knowledge in cosmeceuticals. You will have vast experience of performing advanced skin treatments and strive to deliver exceptional experiences for your customers and adhering to protocols and H&S procedures.

You will have a high understanding of the cosmeceuticals industry with an equally deep knowledge of skin physiology and concerns. When not performing advanced skin treatments, you will work along side the retail team assisting the customer with finding the product or service that is perfect for them. You will also be responsible for delivering best in class skin consultations and converting customers to facials and peel treatments.

To be successful…

Service

  • Possess NVQ level 4 qualification or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (level 3 may be considered if experience has been gained within a clinic/premium beauty environment)
  • Be able to offer a high level of expertise in skincare based on skin type and desired benefits
  • Learn and use fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to provide best results for clients
  • Offer creative ideas to generate new business; particular focus on product launches, anniversaries and local/seasonal events
  • Attend, engage and participate in brand training which you implement and share afterwards
  • Generate sales to achieve sales target by applying brand selling method, product knowledge and be able to follow basic service flow
  • Adhere to all treatment protocols and H&S regulations

Business

  • Ability to work flexibility during retail hours, which is likely to include evenings, weekends and holidays (except Christmas day).
  • Develop positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
  • Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, eventing and on-brand grooming.
  • Convey passion and master story telling.
  • Connect with our clients and care, provide good solutions and after sales/clienteling.
