What You Will Do:

The Specialist delivers customer service excellence while partnering across BEST HR and the L’Oreal HR community to maintain a best-in-class service approach.  The position will provide services to the L’OREAL USA and SalonCentric employee population in the following but not limited:


Contact Center

  • Inbound phone support for current and former employees
  • Inbound phone support for third part callers requesting information on behalf of employees
  • Email/Case resolution of inquiries

Payroll Support

  • Closely partner with Payroll team as it relates to day-to-day support 
  • Field employee and HR payroll questions to properly direct them to the right resolution

Data quality/Workflows 

  • Audit/review and approve all transactions to ensure data quality and integrity to enable accurate data

Leave Management

  • Provide overview of process
  • And questions related to LOA pay/absences

Day-to-day Support

  • Provide One HR expertise and support to the HR community and employees
  • Tuition Reimbursement processing
  • Employee Verifications
  • Policy Questions & Compliance and Policy Acknowledgements 
  • Time Off management (vacation, PTO, Summer Hours, WFH, etc.)



What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Contact Center Experience
  • SuccessFactors experience 
  • ServiceNow experience
