•Carry out daily checks across a number of systems for Billing, Internal Orders, Boutique orders, Bureau audit reports
•Support the SD Key Users day to day on issues and testing.
•Respond to queries raised by our Internal teams which include Sales, Customer Care, Credit, and Head office
•Manage a generic email inbox allocating work to the team where necessary
•Process requests for new users and leavers
•Testing as required for system enhancements, and issues.
