What You Will Do:

Advocacy and Influencer at L’Oréal is all about running at the speed of culture! We love staying at the forefront of social trends, pushing multi-media creativity, and driving authenticity through our brand advocates. Every day, we push boundaries in the world of traditional and digital strategies focusing on all that big data has to offer. Contribute to the development of the Biolage Haircare influencer and social strategy, with a sensitivity to the professional and consumer shopper, while managing select campaigns and channels.

  • Lead in ownership with Influencer manager on managing all 2025 influencer campaigns in partnership with agency of record.  
  • Lead in ownership with social/influencer manager on managing all organic social channels, carrying out daily management of Facebook and Pinterest channels. 
  • Aid in the development of UGC content creation for paid social & PDP how to videos for 2025 launches, identifying top social trends and acting on them in a time sensitive matter. 
  • Build yearlong advocacy strategy with nano & micro creators (both professional stylists & consumers) by inviting them to be part of the Biolage community. 
  • Manage always on social community management; engaging with consumers on TikTok who are tagging the brand by liking and commenting back on posts. 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

    Must have received a bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field within the last 12 months.

    Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

    1-2 years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing. 

    Expertise in the social media landscape in key channels TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

    Proficient knowledge in key social media editing platforms, (Capcut, Canva). 

    Working knowledge of video content production and/or social video creation. 

    Computer literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.  


 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A plus if you have advanced video editing knowledge (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
