Mission

As a dynamic leader you will lead, drive and inspire the business planning and broader multifunctional team by aligning strategy and driving organizational excellence, ensuring quality of commercial forecast. Also, as a critical stakeholder of the commercial director, you will work closely with Channel managers / KAMs team bringing a customer centric view to the forecast.

 

Main Tasks

  • Lead and embed the business planning processes. 
  • Foster a multi-functional collaboration and alignment. 
  • Guarantee the quality of O+O commercial forecast (offline & online). 
  • Ensure that the promo forecast in units is always up to date along with the promo investment.
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities. Ensure consistency with the trend or flag gaps.
  • Articulate KAMs, Supply, Finance towards optimized sales planning (TWWP).
  • Build a promo library and consolidate the promo plan.
  • Support the construction of the unit forecast for the customer but understand and diagnose the value forecast.
  • Challenge & strategize the longer-term forecast.
  • Capture SIT impact to sales forecast, ensuring buy-in profile accuracy, reflecting cannibalization and seasonality trends, also by working closely with CSC.
  • Collaborate with the Customer to ensure alignment on promotional forecasts.

 

Your Profile:

  • Several years of professional experience in business planning or a comparable activity
  • Sales mindset - ideally initial sales experience
  • High attention to detail and confident handling of complex issues
  • High degree of initiative and personal responsibility
  • Strategic vision and ability to structure and manage complex issues
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence a multi-functional team
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • High level of commitment/resilience
  • Fluent in German language
