V.I.E. IN CONTROLLING

International Assignment.

The VIE Mission will start on the month of July or August 2024 and it will last 18 months.

About the VIE / International Assignment:

  • A VIE mission is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.
  • Please note that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking team members at L'Oréal worldwide.

A DAY IN THE LIFE (YOUR ROLE/ MISSIONS)

As part of the Controlling at our production site you will be responsible for:

  • Business analyses and evaluations
  • Deriving recommendations for action and advising management in coordination with the Senior Controller
  • Planning and budgeting
  • Timely reporting to the general management and the group headquarters in Paris
  • Dialogue with the production areas and competent contact person for all controlling-related issues
  • Interface to the Shared Service Center Accounting

 About you:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Controlling
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as planning and methodical knowledge
  • Capable and passionate about working in an international environment
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of assertiveness and flexibility as well as for internal and external stakeholder management Fluent in English, German or French is a plus
  • First experience in Controlling as well as interest in and basic knowledge of accounting issues 
  • Analytical skills and numbers affinity
  • Eager to learn
