National Account Executive

A DAY IN THE LIFE
You will be responsible for driving retail sell-out, growing market share & managing your P&L down to GM for your portfolio of CPD brands both in-store & online.
Manage the promotional plan, helping to unlock best-in-class activation to drive sales with an entrepreneurial mindset
Analyse performance data to ensure future success, feeding into the forecast for core lines and NPD, and highlighting opportunities and risks for maximum forecast accuracy
Be involved in the management of all lines of the P&L from retail sell out, SIT and gross margin to ensure delivery of key KPIs both internally & externally
Build credible and collaborative working relationships with the retailer and cross-functional contacts
Develop retailer-centric strategies for the retailer, identifying joint objectives and building business plans for mutual growth
Influence future retailer initiatives and collaborations, ensuring that L’Oreal maximizes all available opportunities in store and online
Work with your brand teams to identify additional retail opportunities for your category

With the guidance of your Senior National Account Manager, you will take ownership of managing the strategy for your category for the account, whilst also supporting on wider total account responsibilities. You will need to build strong relationships with key stakeholder
