The L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division has a mission to help everyone in their quest for healthy and beautiful skin. We believe "Health is the future of beauty".


We’re the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.

In the UKI the Active Cosmetics Division has enjoyed double-digit growth for 10 years and is scaling rapidly. We are looking for team members to help shape the future of the division, contributing to this fast-pace, dynamic and exciting journey.


Seeking an exceptional, experienced National Account Manager to manage a portfolio of National Accounts in Ireland.

    Relationships - Ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally.

    Negotiation - Strong negotiation ski    lls & a collaborative approach to customer relationships, someone who looks for a win-win opportunities with our retail partners.


    Strong Communication skills – written and verbal and excellent presentation skills, with attention to detail for creating sound commercial arguments. 


    Strong influencing skills – Able to influence and inspire any audience, you will be required to demonstrate thought leadership as well as to drive execution.


    Strong analytical skills including advanced competency with Microsoft office programs.  Highly numerate.  Knowledge of customer expectations and brands.  Analysis of ROI on investments.


    Agility - Ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment.


    Team-player - Excellent teamwork skills with proven ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure retailer success and ability to influence cross-functional teams.


    Passionate - Creativity and passion to develop the brands with a Medical First focus.  A strong sensitivity to the dermatological skincare market, with a keenness to develop understanding for the different category dynamics, upcoming trends in this field and the latest competitor activity.
