Think of this internship as your backstage pass to the world of talent acquisition. You won't be headlining the show (yet!), but you'll be the organizing whiz making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.  

Get ready to:

• Become a master of the recruitment universe: You'll learn the ins and outs of attracting amazing talent—from posting job ads to organizing candidate information. 🗂️
• Channel your inner Sherlock Holmes: Help us track down the best candidates by digging through resumes and applications (don't worry, we promise it's less tedious than it sounds). 🕵️

• Be the interview whisperer: You'll make sure candidates feel prepped and ready for their moment in the spotlight by scheduling interviews and keeping everything running on time. 🗓️
• Sprinkle some magic on our employer branding: Brainstorm ideas for showcasing what makes L'Oréal such an interesting place to work (think cool social media posts, career fairs that don't put you to sleep, and more!). ✨
• Soak up knowledge like a sponge: You'll be working directly with our experienced Talent Acquisition team, learning valuable skills, and soaking up wisdom from the pros.  ?
