A Day in the Life
As a Product Manager for Kérastase, you will be the driving force behind the growth and development of a fast-growing luxury haircare brand - Kérastase. You will own the brand's activation strategy, leading 360° campaigns from concept to execution across all channels to deliver outstanding results.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Strategic Planning & Activation: Develop and execute the annual category activation plan, taking full ownership of new launches and key brand initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Omnichannel Excellence: Design and implement seamless online-to-offline (O+O) consumer journeys, working closely with Education and Media teams to create a cohesive brand experience.
- Market & Consumer Insight: Become the expert on your category by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Budget & Performance Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget for your category, ensuring all initiatives deliver a strong return on investment and are executed flawlessly.
We Are Looking For
You are a proactive and collaborative individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to turn analysis into action. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail. We believe you'll be a great fit if you have:
- A solid background in operational marketing, with experience managing projects and launches from start to finish.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build data-driven strategies.
- Experience in leading projects and collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence your audience.
- A deep curiosity for the beauty industry, especially the professional hairdressing market and its different channels (e-retail, premium retail, salons).
