A Day in the Life

Based at our production plant in Funza, Cundinamarca (Colombia), you will be the guardian of our process integrity, reporting directly to the Finance Director. You will lead the implementation of the Group's internal control framework, ensuring our operations are not only efficient but also secure and compliant with the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate and Document: You will work with area leaders to document, communicate, and ensure the proper execution of procedures, implementing the Group's standards and best practices for internal control.
• Assess Compliance: You will periodically assess the regulatory compliance of procedures, operating with rigor, method, and pragmatism to strengthen the control environment.
• Manage Improvement Projects: You will coordinate the implementation and follow-up of action plans for key projects such as segregation of duties, fraud prevention, and payment method security.
• Lead Audits: You will facilitate the execution of internal and external audits and follow up on action plans derived from findings, using the Group's tools and frameworks.
• Ensure Asset Integrity: You will guarantee compliance with controls in the processes of physical inventories (for both stock and fixed assets) and sensitive stock movements.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to strengthening our processes from within. The ideal candidate has the potential for growth and aligns their vision with L’Oréal's values.

To succeed in this position, you have:

• A professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in auditing, management control, or process documentation.
• An intermediate to advanced level of English.
• Proficiency in SAP and intermediate Excel skills.
• Communication skills to interact with different levels of the organization.
