A Day in the Life 

As a O+O Key Account Manager, you will be a key driver in shaping our online and offline (O+O) retail strategy. Your mission will be to plan, execute, and evaluate activations across our e-retailer partners, ensuring a seamless and engaging consumer journey that boosts our market presence.

You will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Activation Planning: Develop and manage the online trade marketing plan for e-retailers, ensuring it is perfectly synchronized with in-store promotions and brand campaigns.
  • Flawless Execution: Oversee the creation and delivery of all necessary assets (banners, landing pages, etc.) by coordinating with brand managers, agencies, and our digital teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of online activities by analysing sell-out data and market share, working closely with the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team to identify key insights and opportunities.
  • Client Partnership: Lead regular meetings with our e-retail partners to discuss trade plans, e-shop development, data sharing, and new marketing opportunities to drive mutual growth.

 

We Are Looking For

  • An experienced professional with a solid background in trade marketing, e-commerce, or a similar activation-focused role.
  • A strategic thinker with proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive online and offline marketing plans.
  • A strong collaborator with excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with internal teams (KAM, Trade Marketing, Digital) and external partners.
  • Fluent in both Czech and English to navigate our local and international environment effectively.
  • Core skills for this role include Retail / Trade Activation, Project Management, Data Analytics, Stakeholder Management, and E-Commerce Excellence
