A Day in the Life
As our Online (Brand) Activation Manager for Vichy, you will be pivotal in managing and enhancing our brand's image across all online platforms, turning digital engagement into tangible results. Reporting into the Brand Business Director, you will be a key player in a dynamic team, dedicated to optimizing our brand's digital footprint within the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty division (LDB).
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Drive Content Excellence: Manage and enhance content to ensure a seamless shopper journey and consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints (SOS, Web, e-retail, DDX). You will deliver top-tier content for product launches and strategic campaigns, and measure its performance.
- Lead Search Strategy: Lead and optimize our Share of Search (SOS) activities for all LDB brands, including SEO and GEO Pilot, to gain top positioning in key territories and ensure strong organic visibility.
- Enhance Consumer Experience (DDX): Drive the brand strategy to acquire, engage, and retain consumers through targeted digital experiences. You will coordinate with agency for email campaigns, reporting, and evaluation. Bried Media lead to get media support for acquisition activities.
- Manage Digital Platforms: Oversee the management of brand websites and other digital properties, working with agencies on content creation, execution, and ongoing maintenance while reporting on website performance.

You are a great match for this role if you have:
- Experience in a similar digital marketing or online activation role.
- Proficiency in managing content, SEO strategies, and consumer engagement platforms.
- Strong analytical skills (GA4 knowledge) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Fluency in English. Czech or Slovak is a must.
