As our Kiehl's Store Manager in Budapest, you are the heart of our boutique, leading your team to deliver exceptional, personalized service and embody the unique community spirit of the Kiehl's brand. You will be responsible for the overall management and success of the store, driving sales while ensuring every customer receives the legendary Kiehl's experience.
You will be responsible for:
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of Kiehl’s Customer Representatives, fostering an engaging and collaborative environment where they can thrive. Lead by example on the shop floor to drive maximum conversion rates and team performance.
  • Driving Retail Performance: Analyze sales figures, set ambitious targets, and implement strategies to maximize store profitability and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Exceptional Customer Experience: Lead from the front, ensuring your team provides expert skincare consultations and builds lasting relationships with both new and loyal customers.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies, ensuring the boutique runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Business Development: Take an active role in planning and executing events dedicated to acquiring new customers and increasing brand awareness.
