THE MISSION: WHAT AWAITS YOU?

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing support on corporate law and commercial contracts by assisting with the drafting and review of agreements.

Conducting legal research on various topics to support the team’s strategic decisions.

Assisting in the management of data privacy matters, ensuring compliance with GDPR and local regulations.

Collaborating with different business functions to provide legal guidance and support on their projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A current Master’s degree student in Law, with a preference for a focus on corporate law.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• An excellent communicator, able to work effectively within a team.
• Proactive and organized, with a foundational understanding of project management principles.
