We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just follow trends but lives and breathes them - someone with a natural instinct for what’s next, a deep understanding of how advocacy and influence shape brands, and a proven track record with a powerful network in the beauty and social landscape in the Nordics. If you’re ready to disrupt, inspire, and lead, we want to hear from you!

Your mission…

As the Advocacy & Influence (A&I) Manager for Color Wow, you’ll drive our influencer and advocacy agenda, building magnetic connections with creators and opinion leaders who set the tone for what’s culturally and locally relevant. You’ll blend data, creativity, and cultural insight to craft strategies that amplify our brand, forge genuine relationships, and keep Color Wow at the center of the conversation. Reporting to the Brand Business Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things advocacy, influence, content and trend activation.

You will…

A&I Brand Strategic Leadership

  • Design and execute a forward-thinking A&I strategy aligned with global DMI guidelines.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring performance data, cultural shifts, and the competitive landscape - constantly evolving your approach to keep Color Wow relevant and buzzworthy in the Nordics.
  • Deliver high-impact 360° partnerships, from content collaborations and seeding to headline-making events and ambassador programs.

Content & Trend Activation

  • Ensure all advocacy and influence activities reflect Color Wow’s DNA, voice, and visual identity.
  • Design dynamic social native content production systems, helping you seize what is bubbling and scale what is working – in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Spot and activate emerging trends, leveraging agency partners and your own network to keep the brand fresh and culturally resonant.

Key Stakeholder & Network Management

  • Identify, engage, and manage high-performing creators, influencers, and their management teams, focusing on the Nordic beauty scene and beyond.
  • Cultivate strong internal relationships across DMI, e-commerce, media, and digital teams to ensure advocacy is integrated across all brand touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to maximize the impact of our advocacy and influence strategy.

Performance & Optimization

  • Set, track, and analyze KPIs for all A&I activities, leveraging tools to measure engagement, reach, sentiment, and ROI.
  • Use data insights to optimize campaigns, spot new opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Share best practices and learnings across the brand, division, and wider L’Oréal network.

Compliance & Budget Management

  • Uphold all A&I compliance standards, including budget management, tool governance, and ethical influencer practices.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, advocacy, or brand communications - ideally with a strong network in beauty, hair, or lifestyle. Strong bonus if you have any experience working with the professional hair community (stylists, experts, salons).
  • You are a social media and trend native, with a finger on the pulse of what’s next in beauty and culture.
  • You are a creative, strategic thinker who excels at building authentic relationships and translating insights into action.
  • You are data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
