A Day in the Life 

As a Legal Intern, you will be an integral part of our Legal team in Bucharest, gaining invaluable hands-on in-house experience by supporting a wide range of legal operations and compliance initiatives. You will work closely with legal experts to ensure our business practices adhere to the highest legal and ethical standards. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Legal Drafting & Operational Support: Provide essential support for drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, addendums, and other legal documents, , day-to-day legal activities, assist in monitoring compliance projects, and contribute to audit and due diligence processes. 
• Engagement & Compliance:  Ensure assistance in the legal coordination of different types of campaigns, (e.g., marketing, PR, e-commerce), ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws, intellectual property rights, and internal guidelines.
• Legal Research & & Reporting: Assist with monitoring legislative changes, conducting legal research, , preparing reports, and analyzing information to support business decision-making. 
• Legal Awareness & Training: Support in organizing internal legal training events, workshops, and information sessions for the other departments of the company, contributing to a strong compliance culture.  

We Are Looking For 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong ethical compass who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic corporate environment. You are a great fit if you possess: 

• A recent graduate or current Master's student in Law, or final-year Bachelor's student. 
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• A solid foundational understanding of commercial, civil, and/or intellectual property law.
• The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. 
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. 
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of English legal terminology is a strong plus).
