Business Growth Director, Luxury Division

We are currently recruiting for a Business Growth Director (CGO) for our Luxury Division. You will be reporting into the Managing Director for the division and have a dotted line into the Chief Commercial Officer ANZ. 

 

You will be responsible for: 

  1. Develop and implement the Luxe ANZ commercial strategy across all channels, retailers and categories
  2. Frame the brand portfolio coverage along with the blueprint
  3. Drive partnerships with retailers leveraging full strength of the Luxe portfolio
  4. Develop new channels and strategise channels investments
  5. Build go-to-market capabilities for maximum efficiency which includes distribution changes & adjustments
  6. Validate commercial forecast and ensure alignment with marketing forecast.
  7. Partner with Commercial Controlling team to review investment by brand & customer

 

ABOUT THE ROLE: 
 

Luxe ANZ Commercial Strategy: 

Develop the ANZ Luxe commercial strategy per brand, channel, retailer, category, aligned with Brand Directors, Function Directors, Luxe Managing Director and ANZ Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Continuously monitor and feedback to the Luxe MD and commercial team on brand commercial performance 

 
Retailer Management: 

Oversee top-to-top relationship with retailers and serve as escalation touchpoint. Ensure the coordination with multi-division on common customers in alignment with ANZ CCO.  Work with the Brand Directors and cross-function teams to translate Brand strategy and needs to drive business with Retailers 

 
Team development 

You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team to drive sales, growth and profit for the division. You will animate commercial and brand teams, ensuring deployment of projects within ANZ as well as sharing and activating of best practices. 

 

ABOUT YOU: 


  • Strong commercial leadership experience within an FMCG Environment
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and driving performance
  • Able to utilise data and insights to influence decisions and present complex info in a simple format
  • Excellent stakeholder management- we want someone with energy and passion that can bring others along the journey
  • Strong analytical background and familiar with data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Collaborative mindset to play facilitator role between brands and commercial teams
