We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with our Retail Director and National Retail & Education Manager, you will play in instrumental role in ensuring the efficiency of our field retail teams by providing high level administration support and calendar management.

 

This role is part time, which can be flexible for 3 or 4 days per week. 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

  • Provide administrative support to the broader retail operations team 
  • Calendar management utilising Microsoft Outlook
  • Tracking and monitoring of budgets and incentives for retail team
  • Providing document/ admin support to the HR Advisor for the successful onboarding of new starters 
  • Organizing sales events and drives 
  • Liaise and collaborate with external relevant agencies 

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • Proven experience in a retail, administration or customer service role, with a strong understanding of retail operations. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with team members and customers. 
  • Comfortability using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
