HR Manager - Supply Chain, Operations & IT

We are currently seeking an HR Manager to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work within our Supply chain, Operations and IT department, with a presence at both our Dandenong warehouse and St. Kilda office. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in HR and a passion for driving positive change within a global brand. You might have just started your HR career journey and we would love to still consider your application.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about HR and has a strong drive to bring about positive change within a global brand. Ideally, you will have a few years of experience in HR, but we also welcome applications from those who are just starting their HR career. About the Job


    Provide strategic support to internal business stakeholders in talent and capability planning, change management, and offer specialized HR advice on people-related matters.

    Collaborate with the business to foster the growth of people leaders, focusing on performance and development, coaching, and well-being.

    Work closely with the broader Business Partnering and the wider HR team to implement strategies within your client group that support talent management, succession planning, mentoring, and upskilling for our employees.

    Contribute to the implementation of strategic priorities and programs that promote L'Oréal's values and people-centered culture, championing activities  that create an excellent work environment.


About You


    Hold qualifications in Human Resources (or a related discipline) with HR experience, preferably in the retail, consumer goods, or supply chain industry.

    Have a strong track record of partnering and engaging with Leadership Teams to drive positive outcomes for your client group.

    Possess knowledge and experience in organizational development and change management.

    Enjoy working in a fast-paced team and supporting a dynamic business. Your ability to prioritize and manage timelines will be crucial to your success.

    Be an excellent communicator to enhance your ability to influence and build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders while fostering ongoing relationships with your client group.
