WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The AVP Ecommerce will focus on building & growing the D2C business for SkinBetter Science. As the Ecommerce AVP, your focus will be to drive both the Acquisition & Retention business, as well as expansion of Digital Services. This includes, site merchandise, leading promotional and email calendar, growing the Pro Services programs, and managing 3rd Party Vendors. This individual will strategize and execute best in class digital programs to meet our brands objectives and business needs. Also, the role involves working with vendors to make sure that we are maximizing our business and brand awareness/potential. This includes proactively working cross-functionally and supporting programs to drive personalized experiences. The role will collaborate with the VP of LDB D2C Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, DDX, Content, Supply Chain/Demand Planning, IT, Customer service and the DMI to ensure that we met our sales goals, ROI, and growth plans, while driving the medial equity of the brand. This position will need to have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage internal and external resources to bring projects to life, while maintaining a result driven approach. This person should have strong communication skills and understand how to prioritize projects. The individual must be pro-active and can work well independently and, in a team, setting.
