The Academy in New York is also the new home to the iconic Redken Exchange.
What You Will Learn: Academy Content and Community Mgr of L'Oréal Academies is a dynamic role leading the Academy & Redken Exchange social channels and driving overall marketing efforts. The role is focused on driving awareness of the Academy and programming, creating promotional materials to increase ticket sales and occupancy and generating /sourcing content to raise awareness and create a community on social media.
Strategic Marketing and Promotion:
This Academy Content and Community Manager role requires a highly organized, creative, and data-driven individual with excellent communication and project management skills. Success in this position hinges on the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive awareness, increase ticket sales, and ultimately contribute to the profitability of the L'Oréal Academies.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $140,200.00 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
