BUSINESS FINANCE MANAGER

As a Business Finance Manager (Transversal P&L Controlling), you will report to the CFO and focus on forecasting accuracy, month‑end close timeliness, gross margin vs target and delivered cost savings. You’ll lead reporting, forecasting and business partnering to drive profitable growth across the portfolio.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Financial Planning & Reporting: Lead month‑end close, consolidation, statutory reporting and management accounts. Ensure SAP postings, reconciliations, and timely close calendar adherence.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Build rolling forecasts, annual budgets and scenario analysis to support brand and commercial decisions.
• Commercial Finance & Business Partnering: Partner with Brand Managers and Sales to translate performance into actionable plans and ROI assessments.
• Scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis and ad hoc business cases to support pricing, promotions and new launches.
• Drive forecast accuracy and variance analysis vs budget and prior year.
• Be the finance partner to Brand, Trade, Sales and Marketing: KPI tracking, promotional ROI, gross-to-net and trade spend optimization.
• Controls & Compliance: Ensure SAP‑based journals, accounting controls, audit readiness and adherence to Group finance policies.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for an individual who can combine technical rigour with commercial influence. You enjoy simplifying complexity, coaching analysts and presenting board‑quality insight to senior stakeholders. You will act as a trusted business partner who influences pricing, promotions and investment decisions to protect and grow margin.
