A Day in the life 

 

As the Advocacy & Influence Expert, your role is to drive acceleration in advocacy and maximize the impact of influencers through the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy, while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies, standardizing best practices, analyzing data, and driving advocacy initiatives.



A&I MANAGEMENT

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive division-level advocacy and influencer strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of all brands.
  • Oversee the deployment of the One Fluence agency management project.
  • Standardize and optimize mailers across brands, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with education teams on pro content to drive advocacy and engagement. 
  • Revamp influencer contracts to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

 

UPSKILLING AND BEST PRACTICE SHARING

  • Facilitate learnings sharing across brands to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate upskilling initiatives for brands, including training on MIM vs MIM PRO, new Global PBI, and Traackr.

 

 

TRENDS AND SOCIAL LISTENING

  • Advise Brand Management on all matters relating to communication
  • Presenting your plans to internal and external stakeholders to gain sponsorship on your ideas and strategies – audiences of up to 150 people at times. Comfortable with public speaking.
  • Prepare for PR and EXTERNAL facing interviews, including media training
  • Advising during internal and external speaking engagements

 

 

DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of advocacy and influencer initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis, including Pro vs Consumers Pyramid, SOI/SOE/SOM, competitive analysis, and identification of best-performing content and types of influencers.
  • Regularly track and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
