What You Will Learn:
The Shopper Engagement Coordinator plays a critical role in driving brick-and-mortar performance for Kiehl’s Since 1851. Reporting to the Vice President of Shopper Engagement, this role serves as the operational backbone for Field Sales, Kiehl’s Stores, and Education & Events, ensuring flawless execution across retail operations, wholesale field, events, and education initiatives.

You will own key operational workflows, manage cross-functional coordination, and keep teams equipped, informed, and set up for success—so they can focus on delivering best-in-class shopper experiences.

Field Sales Operational Support:

  • Act asa central pointof operational support for Field Sales, Kiehl’s Stores, and Shopper Experience leadership
  • Own purchase order creation in My Market for all Shopper Engagement initiatives
  • Create, manage, and track rent payments, partnering closely with landlords,realestate, andfinance
  • Manage shop orders and gratis budgets across Education, Stores, and Wholesale
  • Coordinate and process retailer event intake forms in collaboration with cross-functional partners
  • Allocate and distribute seasonal field tools, including GWPs and in-store collateral
  • Order and manage retail and field supplies for Kiehl’s Stores and Wholesale teams (bags, lab coats, andadditionalmaterials)
  • Support consistent andtimelyfield communications tied to key business initiatives

 
Events and Educational Support

  • Partner with the Head of Education to support National Sales Meeting (NSM) planning and execution
  • ManageLogibookforecasting and planning for new launches, including collateral and tools
  • Own andmaintaintheeventingcalendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams
  • Coordinate Welcome Boxes for new Skin Pros
  • Manage ordering and distribution of holiday gifts and recognitionmoments

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum2years sales experience,retailcosmetics/fragrances experiencepreferred
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Suiteof tools (Excel, Power Bi, One Note, Teams)
  • Proactive organizer whois goal-drivenanddemonstrateslearning agility
  • Must be creative incommunication to field teamand motivation of daily/weekly objectives
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, positive energy
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $61,600.00 - $84,700.00 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
