What You Will Do:

The BSM (Brand Supply Management Director) Lead is a critical leadership role within the LDB Supply Chain organization.  This leader will be responsible for leading and overseeing the domestic and imports supply management (FPV and FCC), as well as ensuring the implementation of Supply Planning best practices across all LDB brands.  This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in supply chain management, and a passion for driving continuous improvements.  

 

Some of the key responsibilities in this role include the ownership of the US Stock Equations, Inventory landing, E&O Management and the associated budgeting, trend forecasting and performance monitoring.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Functional leadership of the BSMs for the total LDB Division, helping to streamline processes, tools, and ways of working across all LDB brands.
  • Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and maintaining inventory parameters. Understands and communicates short to mid-term supply constraints and manages E&O at the Division level.
  • Coordinates the flow of product and information, manages exceptions, and streamlines communication to commercial teams.
  • Communicates with the GS&OP to understand supply confirmation, analyze tradeoff decisions at market level, present options during S&OP meetings, and coordinate Division level allocation.
  • In supply allocation scenarios, supports the BSM team to coordinate assembly vs base product allocation with the LDB business planning team.
  • Support the BSM function to manage DRP including supply confirmation from import products coming from other zones.
  • Support the BSM function to manage deployment and support the distribution network strategies.
  • Responsible for E&O review & management and identifying and implementing E&O reduction opportunities across all brands in the local market.
  • Stock in Trade Ownership and reporting.
  • FX (Foreign Exchange) budget, financial trends, and monthly monitoring of the import purchases.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business related
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant business/supply chain experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills required.
  • Possess well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to synthesize information and create a clear synopsis of key issues.
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.
  • Ability to influence organization.
  • Demonstrate ambition, empathy, resilience, learning agility and judgement.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
