A Day in the Life
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be part of the L’Oréal Luxe division, working with our iconic luxury brands to drive e-commerce success with one of our key clients. Your mission is to build and execute a strategic action plan to maximize results in the e-commerce channel, ensuring alignment with the division’s commercial strategy and selective distribution principles.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving Results: Build and achieve e-commerce channel results (turnover, market share, profit) while respecting selective distribution guidelines.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and adapt strategies to fit the nuances of the local e-commerce market, leveraging best practices across geographies.
- Leadership & Stakeholders Management: Lead e-commerce team, manage stakeholders from various functions across department; apply change management strategy;
- Client Relationship Management: Drive relationships with Notino to ensure synergies between the brand’s digital activities and those of the retailer.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize customer data to enhance understanding and contribute to the overall consumer path-to-purchase analysis.
- Execution Excellence: Ensure the brand presence and journey online is consistent with overall brand standards and strategy.
- Budget Management: Consolidate budgets and P&L, manage gross margin, and ensure compliance with European commercial guidelines.
We Are Looking For
You’re a great match for this role if you have:
- E-commerce Expertise: More than 5 years of experience in e-commerce business.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead strategic vision on e-commerce; develop and execute commercial strategies.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading and developing teams, with a natural ability to motivate, inspire, and guide individuals through change
- Results Orientation: A focus on execution and problem-solving to achieve goals.
- Negotiation Skills: High-level negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
