We have a suitable opening in the function of Sales for the position of Regional Events and Merchandising Manager for Consumer Product Division – Central. The candidate should have 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG business in similar geography. The location of the job will be Gurgaon. The details of the same are given below:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the brand imagery in the store
  • Vendor finalization for fabrication & maintenance of the fixtures and existing counters
  • Create innovative Merchandising options , P.O.S. and dispensers for cost effective brand visibility.
  • P.O.S planning for new launches & permanent displays
  • Handling a team of merchandisers to ensure merchandising quality in the region is as per  brand guidelines, Solely responsible for beat planning, training of Merchandisers & MT-Food Promoters on merchandising essentials
  • Vendor Management & costs control
  • Design, develop and implementation of marketing programs that maximize consumer contact, awareness levels and achieve brand equity and brand image
  • Regular competition mapping and take appropriate actions

·       Assertive Communication; understanding of merchandising; attention to detail, Coordination & strong follow up
