What You Will Learn:

This co-op will play a key role in QA team to generate Annual product reports, support complaint investigations, and support validations of new equipment in fast paced manufacturing environment, with opportunities to lead process improvements in these critical areas. 

  • Create Annual Product Reviews and improve workflows by implementing digital solutions for efficiency and compliance. 
  • Assist with customer complaints, logging and investigations and identify opportunities to boost efficiency. 
  • As needed, assist with equipment validations (Installation qualification, Operational qualification, Performance Qualification)
  • Assist validations (clean in place and sanitize in place validations) for existing and new recipes, while identifying opportunities to streamline validation methodologies.
  • Assist with SCOOP (capability studies /statistical sampling) validations and ACD testing/qualification.
  • Creating E-CLAIRS(electronic cleaning logs) for manufacturing areas. 
  • Participate in risk assessments.
  • Assist with other QA functions as needed(Product Testing)
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be actively enrolled or have received a bachelor’s degree in engineering within the last 12 months OR must be actively enrolled or have graduated with a master's degree within the last 12 months.
