What You Will Learn:
L'Oréal USA is seeking a creative, organized and effective 12-Month Intern to join the Corporate Brand & Engagement team within Corporate Affairs & Engagement (CA&E), responsible for the external positioning of L’Oréal Groupe in the US. Reporting directly to the AVP, Head of US Corporate Brand & Engagement, you will be a meaningful, active contributor to our agile team—not a passive observer. Through hands-on project ownership, you will gain exposure to modern corporate brand engagement, marketing and communications. You will assist in the development of multi-channel storytelling, manage ad assets, help coordinate high-profile activations and analyze campaign metrics that drive US reputation for the world’s leading beauty company.

You should be interested in closely collaborating with team members on the creation of paid and organic content, executing events and strategic sponsorships, and promotional campaigns that elevate the L'Oréal Groupe brand amongst key US audiences. The ideal candidate will bring new ideas to the table while understanding the team’s frame, be adaptive and ready to contribute to a diverse range of projects, and approach every task—large or small—with precision and a positive mindset.
