L'Oréal CZ/HU/SK, a global beauty-tech leader with regional HQ in Prague, seeks a new key team member to strengthen our Customer Care team.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be accountable for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Establishing personalized relationship with the key clients
- Efficient response to customer´s requirements and following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Execute E2E process of orders, claims, disputes, returns, credit notes, refunds and proactive follow-up
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues (FC, Sales, Credit, Portfolio, Supply Chain, Finance...)
- Follow and enforce company standards of processes and policies
- Collaborate to maintain accurate customer master data
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Perform testings when implementing new system features
- Owner of the Order To Cash process
We are expecting:
- Fluent Hungarian and English & Czech/Slovak a plus
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented problem-solver with strong Excel skills
- Proactive, communicative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to explain complex issues clearly
