You will:

  • Reporting to the HR Services Director, you will be responsible for partnering with HR Generalists, HR Leadership and HR Centres of Excellence to gain an understanding into the main business challenges, and advising on what analytics can be provided to support with insights. 
  • Work with the HR Services Director on the creation and implementation of a roadmap for Data & Analytics to support the HR Frame
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and provide actionable insights, using Success Factors to meet and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Build relationships with the global and zone teams, ensuring the UKI Agenda and progress is shared regularly, and issues escalated when needed
  • Responsible for key reporting requirements such as gender pay gap reporting, country reporting etc.
  • Lead and deliver continuous improvement projects by working across boundaries, gathering requirements, managing key stakeholders and owning project documentation 
  • Be the main point of reference for the Data platforms initiatives 
  • Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and consistent reporting by following optimal processes and procedures. 
  • Advance the HR Team impact by championing Data and Insights


You have:

  • Experience of data analysis and visualization, using tools such as PowerBI to build dashboards that can be easily understood by stakeholders (including Leadership).
  • Experience of tools to transform data from HR systems into dashboards and Advanced Excel skills and other data analysis
  • Ability to function as a team player, managing own priorities and communicating conflicting demands
  • Demonstrated ability to work with HR data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with and manipulate large data sets comfortably. 
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly. 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders Inquisitive and pioneering mindset, passionate about questioning and improving existing ways of working and process
  • Proficient in data management, with a mastery of Excel and a focus on leveraging data to drive informed decision-making
  • Elevated level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise your own and your team’s workload 
  • Must be methodical and be able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, talent, recruitment, reward, and workforce management would be preferred but not essential
