What You Will Learn:

Perform all functions related to receipt of goods, put-away into warehouse, replenishment of pick areas, manual order processing, order auditing, shipment preparation, pallet building, truck loading and cycle counting inventory. SAP or RF as needed. 

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Control
    • Manage picking wave deselection review and correction process.
    • Generate monthly physical inventory reports.
    • Oversee communication and execution of external storage transfers.

Cycle Counting:

    • Execute cycle counts across all L'Oréal Luxe locations using 
    • Ensure accurate inventory data by verifying physical counts against system records, identifying, and investigating discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to reconcile picking wave discrepancies and take corrective action as needed.
  • Audit Support:
    • Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits related to inventory control.
    • Gather and organize documentation, provide supporting evidence, and address auditor inquiries.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of inventory control processes and procedures.
    • Proactively identify areas for efficiency gains, error reduction, and enhanced data accuracy.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work overtime (including weekends)
  • General computer knowledge (SAP experience a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in written English
  • Preferred 1- 2 years Distribution/Warehouse experience

Physical Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift, pull and push up to 50lbs
  • Walking frequently
  • Being flexible to train in multiple areas
