Job Summary: As the Global Marketing Manager for CeraVe, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand's international growth, equity, and market presence. Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director, you will lead high-impact strategic initiatives from initial consumer/dermatological insight to final global market execution. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role where you will manage the end-to-end development of new product innovations, spearhead global 360° campaigns, and act as a central hub of communication for our global zones and cross-functional partners.


Key Responsibilities

  1. New Product Development:
    • Lead the end-to-end process for new global product launches, ensuring alignment with CeraVe’s DNA and business needs.
    • Collaborate with labs and industrial development teams to ensure feasibility and timely execution of product innovations.
    • Develop compelling product concepts by integrating consumer insights, scientific research, and market trends.
    • Oversee claims development, including clinical testing and medical studies.
    • Partner with creative teams to design packaging and manage artwork approvals.
  2. Market Research & Insights:
    • Conduct and analyze consumer, market, and dermatologist research to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Leverage global category insights to inform product strategies and action plans.
  3. Global Marketing Activations:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to create integrated consumer and medical launch plans.
    • Work closely with the digital team and agencies to develop 360° launch or resupport campaigns, including POS, institutional, social, A&I, PR and medical.
    • Ensure all content aligns with CeraVe’s brand DNA and sustainability goals.
  4. Strategic Collaboration & Communication:
    • Coordinate communication across global zones to ensure alignment on product portfolios.
    • Support international meetings by preparing high-quality materials and managing agendas.
  5. Sustainability Initiatives:
    • Champion CeraVe’s sustainability goals, including sustainable packaging and formula revisions.


What You Will Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within the Beauty, Cosmetics, OTC, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries. Prior global/international marketing exposure is highly regarded.
  • Project Management: Outstanding organization skills with a proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strict deadlines.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Comfortable working with complex data sets, identifying commercial opportunities, and making balanced decisions using consumer, clinical, and financial perspectives.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a natural relationship-builder who thrives in matrixed, multi-disciplinary, and multicultural environments.
  • Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Passion: A deep interest in beauty, skincare science, and purposeful brand-building.
