What You Will Do: This dual-focus role manages inventory deployment to LDB’s 16 international customers (affiliates) while acting as the Portfolio Manager for short-term stock availability. You will navigate a leading horizon of 9-12 weeks, ensuring service level expectations are met through meticulous execution and proactive risk mitigation.


Portfolio Management & Stock Availability (Short-Term Focus):

  • Stock Assurance: Ensure short-term stock availability at the IDC.
  • Monitoring: Follow shipment progress and stock status on a daily basis.
  • Risk Analysis: Conduct weekly analysis of shortage risks at both the IDC and CDC.
  • Action Planning: Implement agile action plans to reduce shortage risks, including:
    • Rebalancing allocations and prioritizing Quality Control (QC) tasks.
    • Managing shipments under QC and prioritizing short-term production.
    • Executing "Intensive Care" protocols for critical stock situations.
  • Tooling & Support: Support Customer Care, IDC teams, and affiliates by developing and maintaining robust processes, MSBI reports, and Power BI tools.

Operations & Affiliate Management:

  • Order Processing: Manage order processing to ensure timely shipment of finished goods and accessories to 16 LDB international affiliates.
  • Communication: Maintain active communication with affiliate partners for information sharing and resolution of order/shipment matters.
  • Shipment Oversight: Monitor all international shipments to ensure confirmations are fulfilled in full each month.
  • KPI Reviews: Conduct monthly reviews with top affiliates regarding KPIs and ways of working to build strong relationships.
  • Liaison: Act as the link between the Distribution Center (DC) and GSOP on exception management, including triangular flows.
  • Reporting: Maintain trackers and provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to stakeholders (DC, supply planners, and affiliates).
  • Claims & Logistics: Evaluate and process claims; track and ensure L4TF airfreight goals are achieved by affiliate.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic projects.


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant business experience within Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to synthesize complex information, create clear synopses of key issues, and utilize data tools (MSBI, Power BI) to drive decisions.
  • Communication: Well-developed written and oral communication skills to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Execution: Results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and professional judgment.
  • Soft Skills: Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation.
  • Complexity Management: Ability to manage complex situations and deliver innovative results while developing an appreciation for global markets and cultural diversity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP/ APO expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and MSBI reporting.

  • Salary Range: $90,200.00- $128,500.00 The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
