What You Will Do: The Manager, Product Marketing for Eye & Lip is responsible for the performance tracking and supporting operational excellence of the current and future product portfolio. This role takes an analytical and trend-driven approach to understanding the market, providing the insights necessary to properly size new launches and optimize shade assortments. You will be the point person for tracking launch results, conducting competitive deep dives, and supporting future planning to support the long term category vision.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ad-hoc deep dives intomarket &competitiveincludingclaims, pricing,andshadeanalysisto inform category strategy.
  • Launch Recaps &Post-Mortems: Leadweekly launch recaps including datapulls& 1 pagers.6 months post launch, create launch post-mortem analysis based on media data,influencerdata,consumerfeedbackand retailer insights in partnership with cross functionals.
  • Launch Sizing: Leadqualitative and quantitative deep dives forinnovation including forecast recommendationand shade recommendation
  • PDPCreation & Management: Lead the end-to-end development of PDPsincludingcopy process,supporting content lead in asset localization, and partnering with Retailer Leads to ensure all digital materials are delivered on time for launch.Update existing PDPs to ensurebest-in-classbrand representationbased on new search & consumer insights.
  • Always-on Reporting & Analysis: Regular internal tracking and analysis of brand performanceusingCircana, Nielsen, andPowerBI.
  • Monthly PLV & Anaplan Submissions: Lead monthly PLV submissions in Anaplan to reduce E&O impact for categoryfor both new launches and existingportfolio.
  • Merchandising &Eventing:Developnew launchmerchandising&eventingbriefs, managefeedbackand ensure accuracy of copy/assets viaEsko,ensurecounterproaccuracy,work with promo ops & account teams to ensuretimelydelivery of merchandising to stores.
  • Order Form Management:Ensure order form accuracy in partnership withsales operations,merchandisingand demand planning for all new eye & lip launches.
  • 360 Activations:Supportdevelopment of 360 Activation Strategyfor new launches & on-going pillar supportincluding creative ideation, retailer, education & brand engagement support, and ownership of ratings & reviews.
  • StockSupport:Partner with Supply& Demand teams toensureforecast accuracy andstock levels on new and existing productportfolio.
  • Panier Development: Support 2027 & 2028 Eye/LipPanier strategyin collaboration withGlobal teamsincludingmarket, competitive and portfolio analysis.

Key Challenges, Issues and Complexity

  • Information Synthesis & Storytelling A critical challenge of this role is the ability to takequantitative & qualitativedata from various sources (including Circana, Nielsen,PowerBI, CMI reports, and cultural insights) and turn it into a clear, cohesive story. This involves synthesizing market trends and internal business performance to properly dimension new launches and shade assortments. Whether creating launch post-mortems or supporting creative 360 ideation, the complexity lies inidentifyingthe most important takeaways and presenting them as a clear narrative. We are looking for a candidate who can create reports that provide a reliable foundation for the business and help shapefuture plans.
