Redken is the #1 brand in the professional hair category in both Pro and Consumer channels, leading in Haircolor, Styling and Haircare.   Redken has a complex distribution ecosystem across SalonCentric, Amazon, Ulta, Chain Accts and DTC Ecom . The brand has 3 separate categories- Haircolor, Haircare, Styling- all of which hold the number 1 position in the pro market.  Redken is the largest spender in the industry in Media and ranked #1 in the market in terms of advocacy metrics.

 

 

What You Will Do:

Redken eRetail Manager

  • Partner with channel leads to drive eRetail for Redken across Pro and Consumer channels to increase market share in all key category segments
  • Act as primary POC with the DMI for ecom content in partnership with the channel teams and brand marketing 
  • Primary POC between US eComm Accel, DMI eComm and US Marketing teams for eComm content for Pro & Consumer
    • Ensure new product launches and PDP refreshes are optimized within brand guidelines and with eComm Accel team, for each retailers requirements
    • Work with Marketing team and eComm Accel teams closely on content creation and execution (copy, images, videos)
    • Brief new asset requests to DMI or internal content partners for creation of new or optimized assets and manage project workflows to ensure dealings are met
  • Primary POC for SC, Amazon Teams
    • SalonCentric
      • Lead Salon Centric eComm Strategy, site merchandising, monthly updates & sampling
      • Approx 20 assets per month from brief to release, all Salon Centric release for banners & PDP is manual work outside of Salsify (renaming assets, putting into excel sheets for each asset)
    • Amazon
      • Partner with Amazon & eComm Accel team on brand priorities & content strategy including PDP, Brand Shop, email and Influencer 
      • Manage all Media content updates needed 
  • PIM ownership (5% of time) of Opera, optimizing copy for PDP and for each retailer
  • Reviews: work with US marketing, DMI, Ops and Passport Manager and outside vendor to ensure product review campaigns are executed on time and following best practices
    • Power Reviews: monthly briefs, digital inserts & shipping samples to power reviews 
    • Ensure review syndication and data flow accuracy, share reporting with Marketing
